"I received a $100 gift card for service in the mail from the dealership. I arrived for a simple oil change and was told I could not use it…ON ANYTHING. The gift card says not useable with coupons, combinations, or value service. Funny thing is, the service advisor couldn’t actually show me a single service on the vehicle that wasn’t a “VALUE SERVICE.” Motorwerks DOES NOT OFFER ANYTHING OTHER THAN VALUE SERVICE. Total scam. Come on and use it but you can’t use it because we only offer value service. I will never be bringing my service here again. Additionally, after buying 2 cars here in the last 2 years…I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Sidenote, now that services is complete the services advisor charges me $120 for the oil change plus tax. When I inquired because he told me the oil change was $99.95+ tax and showed me the screen that showed $99.95. There was a miscellaneous fee for $19 on the bill. When I asked him what that was he couldn’t explain it to me the first couple of times until he told me it was service supplies and shop fees. When I asked about it because he told me the bill would be $99.95 plus tax, he couldn’t come up with a reasonable explanation. Lost a customer. And I will not recommend this dealership."

"I was a Nissan and Infinity fan for years, till Nissan and Infiity, till I had continuous and unresolved issues that would not be fixed on my 2019 Infinity QX50 and had to enact the Minnesota Lemon Law. I got behind the Steering Wheel of a BMW X5 and it was a Night and Day difference. My 2022, BMW, X5, went in for it's first routine visit and Oil change. Being a first time BMW owner, it has been a great driving and ownership experience. I'm very pleased with the overall Manufacturing, Buildig, Fit, Finish, Dependability, Reliability, Driving performance and handling of my BMW X5. It was a Game changer for me. Finally, a.SUV that is packed with luxury features and performes flawlessly. The Service Department is just as good as the Sales Department and they take the time to explain things to me. While waiting, they will send me a progress Video, telling me what is going on. Nobody else does that."
