"I will give this company three stars because the customer service was really great. My rug, however, came back in really awful condition. There was a note rolled up inside that it said that it had been cleaned in additional time to help with the stains, but the truth in the matter is that my rug had one very small stain Roughly the size of a golf ball and when I unrolled it after I got it home it not only had pet hair in the fibers that were not there when I dropped it off, but it also had additional staining. If you have a low pill Heavy traffic rug that might be OK but I brought them a mid century modern Flokati that is pure Sherpa, and it is in worse condition than when I dropped it off and it reeks of heavy perfumes from whatever detergent that they used on it. The texture is also not soft and fluffy, like I was anticipating, but more greasy and mealy. So disappointed in the overall experience with this job. The only disclaimer I was given when I drop my rug off is that it might shrink. SMH."
