"The company did not ask or count the correct amount of windows including storm windows. So they had to increase the quote price and reset appt for the next day. Then the 2nd guy spent 15 minutes trying to locate my home while I sat on the phone directing him. Once here the job itself was mediocre. It was a very basic clean. I cleaned more behind him and rags came out black. There were bugs left on the inside tracks of which were to be included in the base price. He also scratched my walls and knicked/chipped the window frames. I know it can be difficult sometimes but I have done it myself without damage. They are good at being responsive with calls but the job is not very good. I would shop around. Happy trails!"

"We had Christmas lights installed on our house and an evergreen tree. On the good side, the lights look great! But that’s the only good thing. It took four separate installation appointments for forgotten items and poor service. There were burned out bulbs, they forgot to install a wreath, and the lights on our tree looked terrible. We needed to email them multiple times to get them to return because the job wasn’t done. Now the lights look great, but it took a lot of our time to finally get it done properly. We used this company last year and had similar problems. And then, they didn’t return to remove their lights until May! But we thought we’d give them another chance to do it right this year. Unfortunately they failed again."
