Even when I can't pick up everything, the technician will help organize things which is incredibly helpful. They also wash bedding on request or other things that are one-off. We had a fridge and mirror damaged unfortunately from a cleaning brush but management reimbursed us for them to be resolved. I was happy with how they addressed the problem.
