"I called and set an appointment for the afternoon, but the technician Luke called at about 11:30 and asked if it was ok to arrive early. He showed up, was shown the furnace and diagnosed the problem in short order. He had to run to get the part to fix this, and returned and had this up and running very quickly. He took the time to clean the problem area to ensure it would continue to function properly. Over all a good result, with a fair cost for the repair."

My furnace stopped heating about a month ago and it was a really big deal because I had my dad who is battling cancer and not very mobile staying with me. "We used Flare Heating & AC again and were not disappointed. They had replaced our ac/furnace 10 years ago in our home. We were delighted with the service and installation. Subsequently, two of our neighbors used them to replace their ac/heating systems. They were both delighted as we were with the service. I called them in July 2019 on a 90 degree day, when my 87 yr old mother's, ac stopped working. They were at her condo within an 1 1/2 hours. We ended up replacing the unit because it was very old (35+ years). The installers were there early on install day and worked the whole day through. They were so kind and respectful to my Mother and my self. They cleaned up after themselves and were easy to have around."
