Lein Heating

"Since installed, service calls every year to try and figure out what is going on. Fan shuts off intermittently throughout hot season on ac. Brad said he would put in the warranty, never did. Just got another $2000 bill out of warranty because they only allow a certain time frame to register. Every time someone comes out to service they scratch their heads, wondering why things were installed this way or that. Just had a 2 tech crew out here for 2 hours, ruud on the phone directly, supervisors as well. Taking pictures of all kinds of things, saying not up to code this or that. Every wire tested, every joint of every tube, logging details. Motor burnt out in some odd partial way, not everything installed as needed. Electrical hook up not using correct wiring. Out of pocket expenses just keep adding up. Installation was a nightmare, and it just keeps adding up years later."
