Then they started working on our vehicle and I’m blown away. They sent us the most comprehensive breakdown of the state of our vehicle I’ve ever seen! I felt like I was in control with information to make my decisions on what to invest in. They had my car back to me in less than 24 hours and it needed a complicated fix. They have loaner vehicles available if you need another vehicle while yours is being repaired. The car is running perfectly after their attention. "10/10 service, everyone is so friendly and super accommodating! As a person who doesn't have much car knowledge, it can be intimidating when you have to bring it in for work - that is not the case at this shop. I could tell from my first point of contact when calling and scheduling my appointment that they genuinely care about their customers and providing good services for them. They're thorough with inspections, the communication is outstanding and I love the online system they use for communicating the inspection sheet....complete with comments and pictures/videos of things that may need attention.
