"We had multiple sidewalks raised a few year’s ago. Not one portion of the sidewalks sank in short order but all them did. After multiple emails and phone calls over a 3 month period we were told there’s no warranty by the NEW owner. I guess if you buy a business then you don’t assume any responsibility of previous work. Interesting. Sad part is I wasn’t looking a free bee. I just wanted it fixed properly and maybe a small credit as I realize this type of repair is subjected to Mother Nature."
