"Took my iPhone 7 plus to get the screen fix. Price was about $128. There was no one at the shop. Went back twice and someone finally came out of the back room. I was planning on leaving the phone at the shop. However, the guy said I’ll have to pay for the phone now and pick up tomorrow. I decided to wait for it since he said it will only take 30 min. Went back in 40 min and it was still not done. I had to wait for a total time of 1 hr for the phone."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!! Please go to CPR or u break I fix. Dealing with this company has been the most horrible costumer experience of my life. The employees lied to me on multiple occasions, it was extremely hard to get in contact with the stores. The only reason I continued to have my phone worked on by them is because I stupidly agreed to pay up front. I thought the terrible experience with them was over, a week after they fixed my phone it fell apart. I took it somewhere else and they specifically told me they didn’t seal it well and use poor quality glass to repair with, I believe that’s why it’s cheaper. Take my experience and learn from it please because at this point I could’ve bought a brand new phone. Update: my back screen is now broken as well besides them just messing up the front and I tried to contact the owner to fix it and I have gotten no response. Terrible customer service continues but what else can you expect from a owner that doesn’t care about his customers or company, just about the money."
