"Bad drivers! Backing up traffic on Lake Street by trying to take a left turn during a clearly marked NO LEFT TURN TIME OF DAY, indicated by the sign right on the street light in front of them. If they can't read signs, I wouldn't trust them to fix anything in my home."

"The sent a tech to repair our MUA unit charged us over $400. Had to bring in another tech to get it fixed right. I do not feel their techs are truly qualified."
