"Very nice! The service tech who helped my son was great! My son had just purchased a 2023 Camry from a non Toyota dealership. It had less than 6,000 miles on it. The maintenance light came on just after buying it. It needed an oil change maintenance service. So, he took it to Maplewood Toyota. The technician looked up the car and found the car still had some of its new car free maintenance service. He explained all of that. Then found out that the second key fob was still available at no charge! So great! Thanks for taking the extra time to help us! Sorry I don’t remember his name."

They took the car in for a diagnostic test immediately and discovered a failed sensor. Not a shock for an eight year old car. I got a complete explanation of the situation and a couple of options and opinions as to how to proceed. Very professional."

"My Corolla had been in storage for three years. I called for an estimate to get a new battery and get it running. I was told that I needed a complete restoration including draining the fuel tank, spark plugs, air cleaner, battery which cost $900. I took it to another dealership that said draining the fuel was not necessary because of all the additives and fuel injection in Toyotas. They replaced the battery for $200 and it runs perfectly."
