But my experience with Techmate in Buffalo proved me wrong, when I walked in, the smiles, the mannerism, and the conversation was amazing the knowledge was impeccable. I was very pleased with my computer and the price was fair. so all I can say is if you are tired of just being a number and would like to feel like a wanted customer along with getting quality service this is the place."

"Watch out for bait and switch Had good luck my first time there. Definitely can fix phones. Second time was a different story. Got quoted on a reasonable battery replacement. They instead went ahead with a different repair instead that cost over 2x as much. No call or text about it to me or the other number I gave before doing the different repair. Phone is working but feel like it was very poor business practice."
