"Terrible experience! I scheduled an appointment for service 3 weeks in advance. Brought my truck in on a Thursday morning by mid-morning Monday they still had not looked at it. After multiple phone calls and no response with updates I had to pick up my truck and nothing had been done 5 days later. Won't be be back."

"Parts center group were awesome to work with. Came in to get what I assumed to be a smooth idler pulley for my F150. After some back and forth between myself and the techs, 2 separate trips out to my truck to see just what I was talking about, they helped me understand that it was a belt tensioner. Got the part I didn't even know I was looking for and was on my way."

"Scheduled an appointment for transmission. No follow up at the end of the day. I called and they told me they were short staffed. It will go in first thing next day. I didn’t hear back the next day and had to call at end of the day. Again notified me they couldn’t get to it. Poor service level and communication. Finally found out they were 3 weeks behind. I pick up my truck and took it elsewhere. I lost time and money for the lack of communication and honesty about the issue."

"I dropped my vehicle off the night before my scheduled appointment on a Tuesday. I did not hear anything until two days later on Thursday afternoon, and I had to reach out to them. I would have liked a simple 2 minute update at the very least maybe. The advisors working there seem extremely busy, and are not the most customer oriented in my opinion. This will be the last time I purchase a vehicle or ask to have service completed."
