"I brought my truck in for tire rotation and an oil change the day before a road trip. Apparently the oil filter was not tightened correctly because the next day I noticed a major oil leak right before leaving for a four hour trip with a trailer. I bought it back in and they replaced the oil filter and put in three quarts of oil. No apologies. No refund. Also, the oil change indicator was not reset and for some reason they adjusted the tire pressure from the recommend 41 lbs that the tires were at to 32 lbs even though the paperwork they gave me stated the tires were inflated to 41 lbs. Halfway to my destination I started getting under inflation alarms and had to stop and put all four tires back to 41 lbs. I'll go next door to Valvoline next time."
