"i went in here about a week ago, just now decided to write a review. i had been in there maybe two other times, and was profiled both times (i dress fairly alternatively) and was accused of shoplifting the first time i had ever gone in there. this past time i was verbally berated and belittled by the cashier for not knowing about their “system” (no one explained it to me). berated again for not being a member of the rewards program, and to top it all off- the cashier decided to make a very snarky and inappropriate comment about the scars on my arms, asking what they were with a sneer on her face. when i finally checked out a staff member stopped me and asked to check my bag. i will never come back to the absolute hell scape of a store. horrible customer service (not to mention fake crystals). don’t waste your money or time here."

If you visit MOA and want a keepsake item/souvenir from your trip, Lotus Beads and Jewelry surpasses all the MN themed stores around the mall; they even have singing bowls in the back left corner of the store! Seriously, this place is the best. You can ask for a sheet with the different stones, their properties, and colors. You can find Czech glass beads, Old-World African Trade beads (once used as currency), take classes, and build your own bracelet on site! Lotus Beads and Jewelry is the best store at MOA, by far!
