"Shawn along with the entire staff at Wixon Jewelers are an absolute pleasure to work with. As customer service continues to decline almost everywhere, it’s certainly not true for this place. Upon entering we were greeted by Shawn who I quickly realized is not just another sales person, but a very genuine watch enthusiast who enjoys chatting about timepieces and life. Many Rolex dealers have a tendency to be either condescending or salesy- neither of which result in an enjoyable experience. There are a few Jewelry stores and high-end watch boutiques in the Twin Cities, but go to this one if you’d rather leave with a smile instead of a headache."
