"0/5. I went in for a return same day 10/13 after shopping around in the mall. Wanted to return 5 rings out of the 7 items I got. The cashier girl said I can’t return them all as their policy could only return 2 items…??? But stated on the receipt AND online policy it says ALL merchandise can be returned in good condition with original tag and receipt. We argued around in circles about how there is nothing wrong with the rings, she can’t give me a return for all 5..what? EXACTLY they are still good with tags and receipt so why can’t I? She was getting on my nerves bc she didn’t make any sense, of how if the rings were already damaged by them then they’d be able to return it..huh?! I don’t think these workers know what they’re doing. She was clapping her hands together as if she was about to square up with me behind the counter. Very rude. And so I agreed with returning 2 rings. She said “tap your card and the amount will be returned to your card”. LOL what a JOKE, I told her I was charged with paying the 2 rings AGAIN, as my bank notifies me when a purchase occurred, instead of having my money returned. She told me I’ll just have to call my bank bc it’s MY problem now. She EVEN said it’s probably bc I didn’t have money. Very funny. It was 2 girls dealing with me as I was just trying to get this solved. The other girl wrote “dispute with your bank” on a sticky note like she was going to hand it to me like I needed help as if I was dumb and didn’t know how to dispute. She said it was for her…lol what for do you need to write that down for you. I demanded a return receipt as evidence the 2 rings were actually returned, but she said “we don’t do return receipts, it’s already returned on our end”. I got so sick of tired of arguing in circles I walked out. And I was right. A couple days later the amount that was suppose to return to me completed as a purchase under my bank statement purchases. Lovisa owes me twice the amount now. I disputed with my bank about this issue. Never shopping ant Lovisa again, as a first time customer."
"I am very sad to have to write this but I feel this needs to be heard. I went to go get two cartilage piercings and had the worst piercing experience ever:( This was my 19th and 20th piercing so it’s fair to say I have had multiple experiences and this was my 6th and 7th times getting a new cartilage piercing. First the assistant did not wash her hands nor wear gloves which is stated to be done in their website. I should have realized at this point there were red flags but adrenaline won and I continued with the piercing. Then she pierced the first one and the gun got stuck. I understand this happens but her nails were excessively long and made it not possible for her to remove the gun. I am in sever pain at this point. She then asks another costumer to take out the gun!! A non trained costumer who wasn’t even asked to wash her hands. I was very grateful for the other costumer because it was her who got the gun out. The piercer instantly went to the next one without even a moment for me to tell her no. Again the gun got stuck. She blames it on my hair yet my hair was tied back and not possible to make the gun stick. My friend is a pre law student and reviewed the website guidelines and many were unfollowed. At this point my fitness and I walked out to assess what just happened and it was agreed that experience deserved a refund as it was not following the guidelines. Also the piercer swore as she pierced my ears and also as we kindly went back in to get our refund. We were furious and she called her manager and wouldn’t say the full story and my friend spoke up. This is highly unprofessional and the worst experience possible."
"i don’t think i can even lower the star than 1. first the worker was very hostile when i asked her why she overcharged me. the earring were clearly 2 for 15. and i was charged 50 for two earrings and a ring. very very rude and the manager did not help whatsoever. I then did not even want my purchase as i felt it was not fair then she could not even return my items as i was in the store not even five minutes ago . save yourself a trip from here and buy jewelry elsewhere."
