"I drove to the MOA specifically to purchase my second Brighton bag. I was carrying my first so they could see I had a high degree of interest and knowledge in their products. The saleswoman would not leave me alone for more than 12 seconds. She had a comment about each bag I touched. I just wanted to be alone with my thoughts. There's a fine line between being a helpful sales person and being overbearing. She crossed it. I left the store and ordered my bag online. I had no desire to give her a commission."
