"I was at the cell phone store next door and told my husband I wanted to browse at Patina. He went in with me, even though it's not the kind of place he ould normally shop (no tools or sports mags). I used to spend a chunk of my paycheck here and at stores like it. He used to buy me things when he went in with me. The longer we were in the store the more he was given nasty looks. We both noticed it and I shopped next to him for a while to him to show we were together and he wasn't a "lurker". Never saw anything like this at any other place we've shopped. I had things collected to purchase but put them back and we left after the strange behavior continued. Haven't been back in three years. Whatever the "heck" was going on made me unhappy."

"store was cute but management was awful. I understand that they’re just trying their best during their busy season but there were 3 registers in use and 2 lines had formed, a manager in a purple sweater came by today and forced one line to get behind the other. She might have been trying some type of crowd control but instead she made those who had already waited their turn wait twice as long as they should have. The line then proceeded to wrap around the store and displays when they previously had been right in front of the registers. Everyone around me was happy until this manager came by and then at LEAST 4 other patrons questioned and complained about losing their rightful spot in line. Maybe Patinas should invest in a “line starts here” sign instead of leaving their customers with a negative impression on their way out the door."
