"I have used Berstrom's for years (ever since their downtown Mpls location). Occasionally, I have strayed to a big box jewelry store that was more conveniently located. Never again! On my last experience, I went to a Maple Grove chain jewelry store to get a couple small diamonds replaced in the ring. They refused saying the ring "is falling apart" due to wear. They estimated the repair to be $3,000. I went to Bergstrom Studio and had all the repairs done for $150. Connie and the team are professional, experienced and honest. Another time, I lost the Marquise (the setting was purchased in Uptown). It was repaired twice by the Uptown store and never held up until I went to Bergstroms! Connie fixed it over 10 years ago and its still solid. They do the best work at the best prices! I trust ONLY this jeweler and will NEVER be tempted again to go anywhere else.
