I was floored. He offered a better quality stone for so much less than what I originally paid Diamond Nexus. Additionally, he set and sautered my ring same day. Most places I called quoted me way more and it wouldn't have even been done before Christmas. Because I was able to make a return with Diamond Nexus, he SAVED me money with a better stone and the labor to set and sauter the ring.
