"I just contracted service with Hydro Squad and on the appointed day I came home and looked in my bins. One was clean and the other wasn't. I thought, what happened? I texted Hydro squad asking about this, they responded right away that their driver opened the bin and it was still full when he came to clean it, I had set the time for Hydro Squad to come in the afternoon because my unnamed trash hauler usually comes in the morning before 10 AM so I thought 1 PM would be late enough. My trash hauler drives me a little crazy because they are so inconsistent. Hydro Squad agreed to come back out the next day to clean the bin. Mind you this is a hit to their bottom line to dispatch a second trip but they wanted me to be happy with their service. Well guess what, I am and we have moved my appointments to later in the day so hopefully this will never be an issue. Thanks Hydro Squad for taking extra special care of me as a customer. If you are looking for a bin cleaning service, I would use Hydro Squad but make sure you give your trash hauler ample time to pick up your trash so that Hydro Squad doesn't have to make a second trip out."
