"Don’t bother applying with this company! Not sure if it’s just me but I’ve had 2 interviews for this place. Once in the winter and one last week. Both times after the interview I was told I was to hear back the following Monday, and by that Monday the job was gone and given to another person. My interview last week I was told specifically by SHELLY that she was optimistic and was gunna send me onboarding in my email on Monday, and asked me if I could come in Wednesday (today) Monday came and went so I emailed her that Tuesday. The next morning to my surprise she claimed she didn’t recall offering me the position and tried to offer me something else (it wasn’t even a different position, the position she tried to give me after was that same one I had just interviewed for) don’t waste your time with this company. There’s plenty of cleaning companies that actually care about employing the right people and know what they’re doing! I’m just gunna assume ms Shelly doesn’t know what she’s doing! She’s a real disappointment. Do better Shelly! There’s absolutely no way this sort of thing could have happened TWICE at the same company!!"

"Working with Jeff at the Bloomington ServiceMaster has been so pleasant that I'm not even waiting for the service to be completed before I write this review. He explained everything in great detail and clearly took a lot of pride in offering a fair price despite the opportunity to price gouge due to current circumstances. His pricing was cheaper than COIT or ServPro, he answered his phone every time I called, and he worked us into his schedule within 24-hours of contact. Service is to be completed this morning and I will update this review with anything but stellar performance. I expect everything will be fantastic. THANK YOU, JEFF!!!"
