"When i met Tyler at the door was very respectful, soft spoken and kind. He asked me to show him where the furnace is and we preceeded downstairs where I also showed him the electrical box. Once he began to work he was efficient, quick and professional. Once the job was complete he explained what he had done and summarized all his work in detail. "We selected Hero because they had done a good job at another home we own with son. We had them out to install a new HVAC system there and at our own home. Comparing both installs and problems we had. None at first location but a few at second install. Minor one during install was a scratch in the hardwood floor near install area. Biggest problem was it took two trips from two different techs to fix problem of all burners firing. Wouldn't fire up third burner. I know people look down on many YouTube videos, but I had looked up problem and thought it might be a pinched assembly. When the second tech came out and I mentioned it to him, listened to me but did not seem to care of my input. After he made a call to someone else at Hero, he disassembled burner assembly and lo and behold that was the problem. After the first tech was there furnace would not fire at all. Electrician did a horrible job of connecting low voltage (thermostat) wires. He also installed the electrical box on the side of furnace which caused the door to install awkward. I corrected wiring and modified door to install correctly. Electrician also installed wiring of my electronic filter to run constantly, had to rewire that also. We've had the system 1 1/2 years now and everything seems to be fine."

"Sean Gibson did a phenomenal job inspecting my water and talking me through what to expect when installing a water softener. He was super knowledgeable and very kind. It was a plus for me because he is a veteran and I am still actively serving so we had a lot to talk about. Would recommend all technicians be as kind as Mr. Gibson!
