"Ryan the technician showed up on time, was professional, and respectful while he was in our home. We really appreciated his help and communication. He solved the problem within a little over an hour. We called same day because it was going to be over 80 degrees and humid out and our thermostat and A/C weren’t working. We suspected it was something to do with electrical wiring. Dean’s was able to get someone out same day and their cost was very reasonable. Ryan also did a few extra small things that he didn’t have to do that we really appreciated. We will definitely continue to use Dean’s if we ever have issues again.
