"Easy to get an appointment and then as you drive in they have invested in a sweet alignment check system to get even deeper insights into my car’s needs. It’s clear Luther Brookdale Honda is making investments in its facilities and people. I’ve gone in for a couple routine repairs and a recall and continue to be impressed every time. If you are waiting they have a very bright customer waiting area with a self service make anything coffee / hot cocoa machine and comfortable semi private seating if you need to make work calls. I sit at the bar and watch TV while I wait. They go out of their way to make customers feel comfortable and I appreciate that. Service work has been completed within the estimates given at check-in and their text messaging service keeps me updated as the technicians complete the work. Class act!"

"Worst service imaginable. We had to have the car towed to the dealer as it was not drive-able due to vandalism, first they couldn't find the vehicle, then they called saying it was finished - and it wasn't as the electrical had not been connected. We waited another 2-3 weeks with no one letting us know the status - we received a text that it was ready to be picked up and again - it was not fixed as they were waiting on a part but it should be done in a few days and denied sending that message - fooled them - we still had the message in which the comment was Oh - we'll let you know in a few days where we are at on this - it has been 5 days with no contact. I am now on hold and have been sent back into the loop of trying to talk to someone. Not having any luck - when I got someone - they said they couldn't help me and put me back in the holding for a representative. We will never buy another Honda as I bought a Subaru and the service has been over the top! I tried calling an have received no response - when I was told that they would get someone - I got disconnected."

"Generally, the service is great, but off late, it has become pretty bad. No one to attend, no one was aware of the maintenance packages offered. No heads-up on the delay notified after reaching the shop. Half an hour of oil change took two hours. Would have to look out for servicing the car somewhere else next time."

"I stopped in on my way out of town, having just realized that I desperately needed an oil change! They made time for me and got me on the road quickly and at a lower than expected price! Very nice people all around! Great customer service!"

"Every time I have gone I. With an appointment it has taken 2.5-3 hours to just diagnose a known issue (screw in a tire, heater door flap not moving, do an oil change). There is no explanation as to why it takes so long just apologies. I want to support Luther as a local dealer and ferried technician but enough is enough. Labor costs are three times the amount at other auto shops and there is no better or faster service. Went to give a private review but this is the avenue provided to give a review."
