"I brought my GMC Sierra in for a transmission repair in 2017. They quoted me around $6k for the repairs. I figured I would get good parts, warranty, and good service from the dealership. I picked up my truck a week later and paid them. A few days later the transmission blew again and left me broken down on the highway. I called the dealership, and they towed it back to their shop. A week later I came to pick up my “repaired” truck for the second time. I noticed when I left the transmission seemed to slip and shift hard. I was told “all GMC/Chevy trucks do that” and that “the transmission just needs to be broken in ” which I though made sense a little, but the truck never drove better over time. In fact, it seemed to only continue getting worse. A few days later, my transfer case fell out and my driveshaft snapped. They took no fault in this and claimed they never touched the transfer case. I was charged another $1800 to get this repaired. The truck continued to act up and when I called to speak to the gentleman who I was working with through all of this, I was told he no longer worked there. Today my transmission went out again, and I felt sour enough to post this review. I expected good work, good parts, and to get more than 80k miles out of the transmission. I would not recommend having any transmission work done here."

"Came in for a tire recall check. It took 2 hours just to check the tire numbers. Came back to have the tire installed and it took 3 hours. They asked for the tire key which was in the trunk. Then when I checked the work stations 2 and half hours later they said it was the car keys that were missing which they just found.. The car key I gave the service woman when I checked the vehicle in to service that day...seriously"
