"I contacted A Perfect View on 10/31/22 for a quote for window cleaning. They responded promptly on 11/1 with said quote. Heather was courteous and scheduled our window cleaning for 11/22/22 for arrival between noon and 2pm. The day arrived, I took the day off so I could be home...no call, no show. By 4:30pm, I sent an email closing the loop that they were a no call, no show and we were moving forward with a different company. Heather left a voicemail soon after and apologized, but blamed her employees for not telling her they were running behind. That is your job as a small business owner to be in communication with your employees as well as your customers. Needless to say, we won't be using their services in the future."
