"Not very happy with customer service. I received an email for 20% off but couldn't find it when I was going to drop off another suit and the employee said they couldn't honor the discount without the email. I am a regular customer and was picking up a suit. I didn't leave the additional clothes I took them to another dry cleaner! I won't return to this location."

"My husband too my laundry to Tide to attempt to help me while I was in the ICU. Unfortunately , all it has done is become another burden. Most of my clothes returned to me loose and overstretched. I now must find the funds to replace over 50% of my laundry sent to tide. The shirt pictured used to be extremely stretchy and tight fitting. It is now obviously very loose. This is how almost all of my shirts, briefs, socks, and leggings now fit. I highly advise stealing clear and absolutely will not be recommending to my friends and followers. Spend the money to hire someone to come to your home who actually knows how to do laundry. Not an underpaid staff that very clearly does not know how to do basic laundry without causing damage to the clothing and fibers."
