"Service has always been wonderful. They do a great job cleaning and alterations very fast, reasonably priced. One notable recent experience was just this week when their store closed early due to a bad snow storm. I arrived 4 minutes after they closed. The manager saw me pull up and got out of her car, walked up and asked if I needed to pick up something. I needed to get my wife’s slacks for a funeral the next morning. We went in and found the slacks. Then I realized in my haste I had left my wallet at home with no way to pay. The manager accommodated and replied “that was not a problem and come back as soon as possible and pay. NOW THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE!
