"I had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved by Carrow's in 2011. I took it out of the box for the first time today and it is yellow. It has been on a shelf in a cool, dry area since it had been cleaned. I would not recommend using them for wedding attire as it is very expensive for the dress itself, plus the $200 it costs to have it cleaned. I am very disappointed. I called & asked to have some form of a refund & was told by the owner that he hasn't had the dress in his possession for ten years & it isn't his problem to fix as he doesn't know where it's been for the past decade."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. I brought my white prom dress here back in 2017 and when I got it back it was pink! Called them and they claimed that it wasn’t there fault and did nothing about it. Now instead of having a beautiful white dress I have an ugly pink one."

"All they need to do is wash our clothes once a week and bring them back. Wouldn't think it would be that tough to keep a schedule."
