"Pet wash seems to be broken often than not. My second 60 mile round trip to find the bill collector not working and the change machine in the laundry inoperable. Would be a great wash if it maybe had the ability to take cards, or if everything just worked like it should."

"We were there 3 days ago and the washers and dryers were taking peoples money left and right. I personally lost $4 on a washer, then $1 on a dryer. Another lady lost $6 on the large washer and another customer lost money on a washer as well. I’m unsure how much. We were all calling and texting the on call number, no answer for any of us. We all also left slips under the office door with our names and phone numbers, still no answer or response. There was also a large spill of liquid laundry detergent in the middle of the floor that someone could have easily slipped in."
