Rain & Shine Laundry

"Repeatedly ignored my request for a refund due to a defective machine. Left a note on the machine as instructed, tried to call, sent an email and messaged on Facebook. I went to wash 1 item, that is it. It’s the principle of the whole thing. Very poor business practice in my opinion."

"Great place to do laundry. Like the vending machines that they have. Big washers an big dryers. They have a restroom there. You can wash your dogs there on the other side. There's a bagles an brew to have something to drink an eat while waiting for your laundry to get done an have Burger King across the parking lot to get something there to eat. They have some arcade games as well."

"Nice little laundry mat with games and snacks for the kids. Big enough washers to wash rugs, comforters and blankets. Always sold out of dryer sheets and there's seemingly 2+ machines needing maintenance. Not sure how often it's staffed but I've never seen an employee the few times I've gone. Overall, gets the job done."

"Good place for laundry if you don't have a washer or dryer an nice area for kids to play to keep them occupied while doing laundry. They also have tv's to watch an can get something from the bagels an brew next to it when they're open. Nice bathrooms there."

"Needed to do laundry and this was closet to our apartment. Tried to use the 6x washer for our towels and the machine stopped acknowledging the quarters but said I still needed $.75. I ended up spending $6.25 instead of $6 in that machine and still could not wash my clothes and had to separate the load into two loads and spend another $8 for the clothes. Normally I understand problems like this and proceeded to write out refund cat and told them I was "incredibly unhappy." That was 2 weeks ago and they have yet to call me and give me the $6.25 refund for the money I wasted. I would not recommend going here if you can't afford to be ripped off and not refunded. They own the other one in town as well, but I don't know if that is any better."
