"This is so not our normal experience. Yes, moods and attitudes especially during COVID can be expected and forgiven from owners. We tip well and our dogs aren't afraid to go here. But, whether it's a shave for summer, or baths and brushes for winter, this was by far very disappointing. This was from just the front legs, and not even elbows. So disappointed. I have severe arthritis and count on a groomer to do their job. Will reconsider using again after years.Wish I could post the picture of the matting on just the front legs, that only had a surface brush. So disappointed. Not what we have had in the past, but not what we're looking for any longer"
