"Rent is 650 per person, the parking is garbage, you have to park in the back so students who dont live there can get good parking spots, not to mention you have to pay an extra 35 dollars for worse parking then if you just paid for the school parking, because at least if you dont buy the foundation hall parking pass for 85$ you can park next to the building for just $50. The internet is free, but since you cant even use it to look somthing up on google, its pointless."

"To start with positives. Furniture is included, you get a 720p tv, a couch, a loveseat, and a coffee table in the living room, a dresser, a bed, a nightstand, and a desk in the bedroom. As well as a fully equipped kitchen. Tv service and internet are included, but do not expect too much from them. There is much left to be desired. At over 500 dollars a month for a 4 bedroom apartment for, there are a couple things I would like to see in a place. 1. A quality tv package 2. Decent appliances 3. A high quality of resident Foundation Hall has none of these, the tv package is standard definition with no hd channels, the appliances are cheap, and have already broken once from standard use. Allong with that, you are reminded on a bi-weekly basis to pay your rent regardless of having autopay set up. The walls and ceilings are thin, so you will hear everyone and everything above and next to you These things would be alright if the residents were of any decent caliber. One of my roommates screams like a pubecant boy. And refuses to have any consideration for his roommates. And from what I can tell, this type of person makes up between 5 and 10% of residents. If you want to stay here, make sure you get 3 people you are ok living with, otherwise you will end up loosing sleep, and patience with many individuals here."

"Rooms have space under the doors so you can hear everything while you try to sleep. RAs don't really enforce rules and management is unhelpful when dealing with residents. Is right across from the college though, which works nicely when in a rush in the morning from not sleeping well."
