"The service here is great! I have come in here multiple times to get various things. The staff here are very helpful and will provide assistance with helping you. When I've had to get thing screen printed or embroidered it has always exceeded my expectations. The prices are usually very reasonable. They will work with people to meet deadlines. "Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and orderly store. The selection is OK. I feel like the employees care and legitimately want to help find the best fit for my needs. A little higher priced then you can find online, but I don't mind since I'm supporting local business and I will pay more as long as there is good service on the back end. Purchased a Christmas present for my pre schooler and asked about the return policy as I wasn't sure how they'd fit, and if her feet would grown between purchase date and Christmas. I was assured that returning the item would be no problem at all. What someone or something (a sign maybe) failed to mention was that by them sharpening the skates for me they were now used, and if returned I'd have to pay a $10 fee for an exchange. Not a huge deal, except for the fact I specifically asked about returns and never one time was it brought to my attention that I'd be charged a fee if they were exchanged. Had that been communicated up front I could have A) not had them sharpened until we knew they fit. B) decided I was OK with paying the exchange fee. Is this the fault of the employee (who was very friendly and helpful) or a training issue? I don't know, but it's correctable and I was left with a negative customer experience. To the nice gal who had to break the news to me, you're always very helpful and kind. Thank you."
