"Things seem to be improoving here with newer bank manager. There is an effort to respond to clients needs as you walk in. It is a smaller branch so not as much staff. You have to factor that in if you use this branch."

"I've had US Bank accounts for over 40 years and have been pleased with their services. The complaint I have is how run down they are letting their Lino Lakes branch get. With covid drive up banking was the only way to do business with them for a long time. You would think they would occasionally clean the drive up area and teller machine. The dirt on the ledge of the drive up window doesn't give you the impression that the bank pays much attention to detail at all. If they don't maintain and protect their own assets are they doing everything they can to protect mine?"

"We stopped in to set up a savings account for our 13 year old son and the banker was incredibly rude and appeared annoyed by us and our questions. She made it clear also that she didn’t want to help us cuz she was within 30 minutes of the end of her shift. We will never return to US Bank."

"I had a very bad experience of being customer with US Bank. May be, they are good for customers who deposit and withdraw in US Bank. But for the business, or bigger purpose other than depositing and withdrawing, they are not good at all. They never put the customer's first, they always want to charge something with making any trick. Recently, I paid off a credit line with my settled money in checking account, but they put the negative balance in my checking account, plus withdrawing the credits from my credit account without my consent. The reason they said was, the deposit money was not collected even it is settled my account. Instead of reversing the payment, they put a negative balance on my account, make my account stays in risk which cannot use it to make any payment. Very sad, if you have a business and want to open business account, US bank is not best option."
