Claimed they couldn’t and Vickie the manager said nothing could be done. I called the Finlayson branch not long after I got off the phone with the Hinckley branch and Pamela solved everything. She followed through with calling me back when she said she would. She continued to watch my account from the start of everything until it was solved. I will forever be grateful for her help.
