When we found the perfect buyer - we needed a Banking partner who would understand our business, and its value. The buyers long-standing Bank had no idea how to deal with a Whitetail business! So, we knew we needed to help the buyers. We connected the buyers to Bill Loew at Northview Bank and Bill Loew, Chad Johnson and their team thought "outside of the box" and made it happen, when others didn't know what to do. We were free to pursue another dream, as the buyers were able to pursue their new Whitetail business dream, but only because Northview Bank found a way with a difficult property to finance.
