"-1 US Bank is the worst. Stay Away. they held a cashier's check for 8 days, which made my account account go negative, charged overdraft fees, and then said " Sorry there is nothing we can do, have a nice day. there is no reason to hold up a certified cashiers check, NON..."

"Best customer service a US Bank branch south of the river has to offer. The branch manager whom I’ve had occasion to work with on multiple occasions for varying reasons is always able to make things happen. Is branches always a pleasure to do business with the people are wonderful to work with. Unfortunately branches in Lakeville are not as customer friendly. But this branch exceeds expectations of customer service and doing right by its customers."

"I am extremely happy with this location. 1 1/2 years ago the business I was with switched my type of pay from employee to contracted employee. I was mailed my checks at that point paid weekly. I was allowed to deposit my first 3 checks at the other bank without a problem. Upon the last check of the month I was told I could not deposit it, I had to cash it out at the bank it was drawn on. I went to the Eagan branch of US bank. They had a fairly new to management guy that told me since it was made out to me as a business my manager would have to rewrite it. I was recommended to go to this location & speak with any of the employees there. I am so thankful. They took the time to investigate & help me get a new bank account open that allowed me to deposit my checks, as well as, informing me why the other bank would not take the check.
