"Very incompetent staff. Everything associated with this branch is nasty and unproffesional. They can't even open a simple checking account????!!! Worsttttttttt bank..... worst..... bank I will never recommend US bank in general. Tried Wells Fargo the same day and it was simple and straightforward. Avoid US bank especially if you are a black and new immigrant! Disgusting!!!! Worst branch. Mostly biased. Very incompetent staff. Racist too!!!!"

"My spouse and I did not expect to have to wait 30 days to use our new account. Our first direct deposit was unsuccessful, delaying access to our earnings. They won't even close the account for us, until after 30 days. Inconvenient, to say the least."

"New building is spacious inside. No line when we were there on a Wednesday. They have a coin counting machine (the small US Bank location further east on Lake St does not) so my daughter was happy to have her coins transformed into cash (including a crisp $2 bill). I was able to get an appt on-the-spot to set up a CD with a good APY and Flor was delightful to work with. She even invited us to use the coffee/tea station when we were finished. My daughter gives the hot cocoa 2 thumbs up. We’re happy to have a USBank in our neighborhood!"

"A very nice new construction building. As an account holder you can enter the offices and use many aspects of the site. There is a multi car drive thru teller, with a drive up atm as well. There is a bathroom for account holders, that can be accessed by talking with a banker. They also have a single serve drink station, and a fridge with water bottles for account holders as well. A large conference room is located in the building. Many walk up atms. Wheelchair access ramp, parking, and automated doors."

"I went on a Monday morning. Although I was there for a while to just make a deposit I did choose to go to branch that was know to be very busy. They moved quickly, but there was a lot of people waiting so for the pressure that they had I thought they did an awesome job dealing with everyone coming through. The teller helping me was very kind and personable. I would go back here, but if you are looking for a shorter wait consider heading out of the city a bit. Also there was a parking lot. Which I always nice when going to a back."
