"I’ve had this horrible bank since it was a great bank called Franklin. I’ve wanted to switch for many years now but for a variety of reasons that is a difficult undertaking for me. Their customer service is hard to reach, unreachable or when you do the person you get can’t help you, the system is frequently down etc. The amount of bad experiences I’ve had are innumerable. This review is not specific to this branch but the bank in general, tho they are included. I hate being stuck with this bank and I can’t wait until I have to ability to restructure them out of my life for good."

"Cannot even get an actual Sunrise Banker on the phone. I've been traveling national for awhile and suddenly my card stopped working. Tried calling and just get directed to a 3rd party call center that can't help. I have to wait at least two business days to possible get a call back to be able to use my debit card. Terrible support, I will be closing this account as soon as I can."

"I love my bank!! Nick Johnson has been very helpful. Whenever I come in I always try to see him over anyone else. It's nice having that familiarity with someone I trust. He's helping me build my credit and manage my accounts. I do wish this chain were bigger with more locations but they are on par with all the latest tech, their app is easy to use, and I've never had any problems. I highly recommend this bank and Nick Johnson as your banker!!"
