"Limits account to number of transactions. Despite calling and confirming my identity cannot allow more per day. Thank you. I enjoy being stuck at the state fair. I wonder why there were so many transactions. Thank you for confirming how much money is in my account to use. I would like to use it. Never had a warning of this. Don't know if this was a thing before changing from US Federal or merging with Trustone from firefly. Either way not a good way to keep accounts. Can't even use an ATM to use the money that is mine. Will be looking for other services after this experience."

"I would give Trustone as a whole zero stars if I could. I have had nothing but issues since Trustone acquired my credit union. The branch manager in Roseville has been helpful and understanding when I need to go to her for issues, for which I am thankful. But the sheer volume of issues I have had from things that should have been very straightforward transactions is astonishing. We may need to consider switching to a new credit union."

"Originally a Firefly Credit Union Member - the two merged and promises of more branches and good service fell short. They did have more branches but the customer service leaves quite a bit to be desired. The people that work at the front desk in the Roseville branch have always been helpful, how ever that is not enough. The rest of their customer service - especially phone service- leave much to be desired. Have been thinking about moving my accounts for a while and that was reaffirmed today when a representative hung up on the phone. I made several attempts to communicate what I needed to their customer service representative only to be left feeling the person really wasn’t listening to what I was saying and they ended up hanging up on me after I told them that I didn’t feel like they were listening. Will be moving my accounts to a place that has better customer service."

"I love having a local bank to go to. I have never been a part of a credit union before, TruStone - Roseville makes me thankful that I wound up with them. I am always greeted upon entry and the staff has made an effort to get to know me. I have refinanced my car through them, opened a CD for my daughter, and savings account for all of the money we raise for dance outings. I have an online bank that has always made cash difficult. Now I don't have to give someone the money and have them Venmo me. I am able to go to MY bank and deposit the money directly. Corbin has been extremely helpful in guiding me to the correct accounts to get the best fit based on what I am looking for. I truly appreciate the whole staff and how welcoming and accommodating they are every time I come in."
