"If I could give 0 I would. They took over my small bank and I have had nothing but problems with them. Tells me I don’t have access to withdraw MY MONEY from MY ACCOUNT after they misplaced my check that was supposed to be there Monday morning. It was gone. Now I’m behind on all my bills and rent, and they are still refusing to let me take MY MONEY out so that I can catch up. Telling me “it’s not in your account until such and such” okay, why does it say cleared and say I have the funds then? I’ll never recommend Frandsen Bank and Trust. Horrible business"

"Very disappointed in the customer service. Was laughed at because I didn’t know about something and instead of owning up to the unprofessionalism they stated, “everybody makes mistakes.” Closed my account next month and have better service at Affinity Credit Union, was a member of local Frandsen for 15 years and never have been treated so poorly. Definitely not worth your energy and business, more customer friendly options elsewhere."

"The State of MN took money out of my account so I called them and set up a plan with them. They released the money to be put back in. The money has been sitting at the bank waiting for them to decide when to put it back in. They know I need this money now because of what is going on right now in America. This is BS! This bank has been pretty good to me up until now Ugh.."
