"Came in looking to get some change for laundry (quarters) and was denied because I'm not a member. As the lady was also very rude about it like I was asking for her personal money. Very interesting, I just moved here and won't ever consider switching to this bank."

"Awful customer service all around. I stood there waiting to be helped by a bank teller for at least 5 minutes. Nobody came but i could hear a couple ladies talking and laughing in the drive thru area and there was no cars in the drive thru. You can see the drive thru while standing in the lobby. There was at least 4 people sitting at desks and more then 3 office doors open with workers/bankers and I called out asking if anyone was working up front. Two people looked up at but not one person responded. Not one.... nor did anyone care to get up and help me either. I literally stood there for another 2 minutes with no service or assistance and almost lost my cool and walked out. And I thought wells Fargo was bad. This bank is the worst for service all around."

"I was surprised when I looked up Star Bank to find their phone number and saw only 2 reviews, both with low ratings. We switched to Star Bank a few years ago and have been happy with with them handling all of our accounts. So, once I was off the phone, I decided to leave this review. They were a pleasure to talk to today, as with any day I've had to talk to anyone there."
