"In and out in less then 2 hours with a broken bone, after arriving at 9am. Staff was kind, and efficient. PA Chloe answered all my questions and even chuckled at my bad jokes. Staff is doing a great job at NHM."

"The website said the wait was 30 minutes. It took 90 minutes before they saw me. I have a sinus infection. I know what a sinus infection is, I have had them many times before. I told them all this. They insisted I take a COVID test, so they can rule that out. I told them. "Its not COVID, but I will take the COVID test so you can rule that out." The test cam back negative, I did not have COVID. They still would not prescribe antibiotics for me, because I was not sick enough and had not been sick long enough. So now I am supposed to wait until I get sicker, possible getting into my chest, possible causing me to get pneumonia, before they will prescribe antibiotics. I will NEVER go back to this urgent care ever again."

"My wife gave birth to our kids there, we recently had our daughter delivered there. Everyone was great there nice and respectful. The only complaint I have was with one of the hearing test technicians, she was of African decent. She was very rude, she was in our room doing a hearing rest for my daughter and my wife was on her phone reading work emails and she told her to get off her phone and told my wife to tell me to stop snoring. I was like ok what does that has to do with anything. The other technician came and did a hearing test the day before and was talking and joking wittb us. That one needs to get off her high horse and be more respectful. Other than that great experience."

"Very disappointed with the doctor/patient service. I was told I needed to have lab work done a week before my appointment. I called the office three times and left message with the nurse each time for her to call and what I needed. I needed to know which lab to go to and if I needed an appointment. I was told the first time that it didn't look like any labs were scheduled but was on my chart that the doctor was to review my labs. On the third call the person answering the phone asked what I wanted. He again checked my chart. This time it was noted where I was to go. I asked if I could just walk in but was told I had to make an appointment, which he made it for me. The nurse never did return any of my three calls. I have had an aapointment with the doctor for four months. Three days before my appointment I received a recording to verify my appointment. Two days before the appointment I saw I had a message in My Chart. It stated my appointment had been cancelled. I called and the man on the phone (once again) confirmed it was cancelled. I asked why I wasn't called and he didn't know. So the man made me another appointment.two weeks later. So it will be 4-1/2 weeks between appointments. I think this is terrible. The least the office could have done is call me to inform me of the cancelled appointment."
