"BMAA has been a big win for our family of four, our journey starting 10 months ago. Our daughters (ages 7 and 10) take kids classes for Muay Thai and Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu, and my wife and I take those classes for adults. The coaches and the other students are so positive whether you're an out of shape beginner (like I was), or an elite athlete, and every skill level in between. The coaches/owners have done an incredible job of creating a positive community that pushes each other forward.
