In our two-handed Japanese "Fencing" classes, using a bamboo sword (shinai) and protective armor (bogu), participants will experience the tradition and discipline of Japanese Kendo. Kendo focuses on pursuing clear and purposeful technique in the face of a resisting partner, encouraging self-refinement through the study of the sword.
