"I think they just pick their own hours at this location. Sometimes the drive through is open until 5:30 and sometimes its closed at 4:45. Even though the hours posted clearly states mon-fri its open until 5:30"

"Been with Usbank for 13 years. But when they limit their hours especially for the driveup. It's time to find a different bank. There is absolutely no reason the drive up doesn't open at 8am NOT 9:30!!! I needed to deposit some checks this morning that are to large to do mobile deposit. Haven't had any luck depositing thru the atm as it normally just kicks everything back out. And I didn't have an envelope this morning to put them in to just do the drop off. This is horrible service. I will be finding a different bank for my checking, 2 college funds, savings, personal line of credit and credit card. Figure it out Usbank or you'll lose more people."

"Many banks are completely closed due to this coronavirus pandemic and its disappointing when you need to go in discuss something with a banker and there is no time there open then you go online and there is no availability on there either. Back when I first switched to this bank was due to the bank times and availability and now there is basically no one besides the call center and that takes hour to get someone on the phone to tell me I need a banker. Honestly seems like they played everyone off and dont care about the customer. First chance I get I'm getting another bank. Plus just as I'm about to end this I got hung up on with no answer trying to call customer service. If your looking for a bank that actually cares at this point go anywhere else and not us bank."

"As a 20 year customer we are very disappointed in the operation of our local bank here in Alexandria. We have noticed poor customer service as in daily change of hours at drive up. When we ask to get in lobby for services phone calls need to be made and responds it not very promote. There appears to be employment issues so therefore long lines and people standing outside with appointments and doors are locked. Hopefully these problems can be addressed and we can experience some positive changes soon."

"I do not have an account here, and I won't be getting one. I had to cash a rather large sum check written from a US bank account. The teller told me there would be a $7 charge to cash it, even though it was their own account. I asked to talk to the bank manager and she brought me all the way to her desk to tell me she couldn't do anything about it. What a joke."
