"Had my mom take my Alaskan Polmino there to get groomed. We always have him shaved around this time of year because his coat gets very nappy and I have an allergy to pet dander, also my pup gets very hot in these nicer weather days so he likes to be shaved. When my mom brought him in, the groomer said “well we don’t like to shave our poms”. The minute my mom told me that’s what she said it made me nervous that she was gonna struggle with grooming him. And besides it’s the customer’s request so she should have honored that request regardless of her opinion. And he’s only partially Pomeranian mostly has Alaskan huskie in him. When my mom picked him up she charged my mom full price and he looked horrible! I mean horrible. He was patchy all over didn’t groom around his face, didn’t bathe him, it looked like he was cut with scissors by a 3 year old. And she was watching tv the entire time she was grooming. My mom could see in the back room and seen a tv and the groomer was watching tv while grooming another dog! I highly recommend that NO ONE take their pet here. You’ll be highly disappointed and it was 70.00$ never again!"
